How long does the review process take?

AI analysis runs within 24 hours. Expert review is delivered within 2–5 business days depending on queue and pitch complexity.

Is my pitch idea kept confidential?

Yes. All submissions are covered by our NDA policy. Partners only see your pitch after you approve sharing.

What's the acceptance rate?

We publish about 60% of submitted pitches publicly. The rest receive private feedback and are invited to resubmit.

Do I need a prototype to submit?

No. We accept ideas at any stage from concept to vertical slice. Your stage is factored into the evaluation criteria.

Does PitchPlay take equity?

We don't take equity on pitches. For full game development services, we agree terms case by case.
